Master the skill of calming your own body and mind. Learn a wide variety of moving meditations, Day Tamers and lulling Mini-Moves, to find the ones that work for you! Gentle Feldenkrais® lessons will help you breathe easier, become more comfortable in general, and learn to roll over in bed (and even get up for a mid-night walk!) without waking yourself up more than the barest minimum.
The class will be tailored to the students present, making sure that each and every one finds the sleep they need. All techniques will be recorded and made available online for review at home.

$20 drop-in: $120 for each 7-week series!
New students may drop in or join through through the third week of each series at a pro-rated price.
Students with prior experience may drop in for $20/class
